Hi and welcome to the release of Block 12 of the QAL By the Sea Quilted Cliffs Lighthouse by Karen Thurn of Tu-Na Quilts, Travels and Eats. Visit her blog to download the free pattern!
This delightful lighthouse with an attached Keeper’s house is a 12″ finished pieced block with hand embroidery.
Here is my version:

This pattern of Karen’s is no exception to her other’s with easy to follow step by step instructions and so much attention to all the details.
I recommend taking the time to label all of the pieces by the provided letters. I use a fine tipped fabric chalk pencil and write it directly on the wrong side of the piece.
Take your time going page by page and have fun!
