Mystery QAL #2

I’m happy to be participating again in Tracy’s of It’s a T-Sweets Day! and Cindy’s of In a Stitch Quilting 2nd Mystery Quilt Along.

Here’s the info and you can join along any time. The QAL started April 1st and ends June 30th.

The challenge fabric is a pretty delicate floral from Connecting Threads called “Tea Flowers” in Tomato Red. I was the lucky winner of last QAL’s prize of one yard of the challenge fabric. 😄

This fabric is from the collection “English Tea.” I loved all of it! So I treated myself to their 10” sampler pack.

Often I struggle with fabric choices and have found my “Oh, just pick what you like and it will all work out in the end” approach does not always work out in the end. I really like how the patterns and colors in this collection  are so eclectic but coordinate at the same time.

What I will reveal in this post is that I have picked a pattern and an excited to get cutting my yummy new fabrics 😊
